Hi, I’m Jody! I’m the artist, metalsmith, social media manager, customer service rep, and product photographer behind J. Goodman Studio. My work is heavily influenced by my extensive background in art and design - primarily graphic and interiors - and I love to draw upon both the timeless and the trendy that I admire in those fields to approach my medium of beaded jewelry. Much of my work is focused on examining the relationship between pattern and color within a minimal metal form, reflecting my personal taste for jewelry that can be used to either enhance personal style or stand alone as a statement piece. Everything is designed, formed, and woven by me, from the metalwork to the beading. I hope to create heirloom quality jewelry that is playful and quirky that you can love for the years to come.
